M & A Capital Holdings are a London based Mergers and Acquisitions firm who specialise in buying UK based companies.

 

Our mission is to help business owners who are looking to retire or are in the process of considering how they are going to exit their company in the future to do this by working with our experienced team to ensure a smooth transition with the change of ownership and allowing the business to continue to thrive whilst building on the legacy they leave behind.

 

Our board is experienced in a number of sectors including Children's Nurseries, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Technology and Transportation for small to medium enterprises with annual turnovers ranging from £1 million to £50million+.
